Odette's Blog turns 1!

Hey lovelies,

Welcome back, on the 14th of July Odette's Blog turned 1!! So of course I had to celebrate with some fantastic and exciting surprises. I would just like to say a massive thank you to all my followers and subscribers- as you all motivate me with positivity and kindness to continue with my blog, on all my posts and all over social media. I appreciate it and it means the world! So thank you 💖

I was surprised to wake up on the 14th to find a message from @maxconnectors a connecting brand with various influencers contacted me on social media to inform me I had won double passes to their #MAXINSTITUTE Beauty Masterclass. I was so lucky to be chosen for this truly amazing opportunity!!

The beauty masterclass was held the next day on the 15th of July, held at David Jones in the city. My beautiful friend, Rosie and I made a day of it! Got the train in, shopped and enjoyed every second of it.

The day started off with registration and a massive welcome from the @maxconnectors crew, as well as various pop up stalls: such as MAC, Clarins, Endota spa, Opi and lots more...

Once we had registered and received our #MAXINSTITUTE wrist bands we found our seats- near a massive TV and with a great view of the stage. There were many brand ambassadors, influencers and Australian youtube beauty gurus at the event. Such as: Michael Brown, Michelle Crossan, Sharon Farrell, Karmia McKimmie, Lauren Curtis, Nikkia Joy, Sammy Robinson...Just to name a few.

We received massive goodie bags free worth over $1000 filled with various brands and influencers such as colette, Model co, Vogue, Loreal, Essie, De Lorenzo etc... It was amazing like a beauty lovers christmas!!!

We learnt a lot of new tips and tricks from various ambassadors about their overall beauty secrets and tips and this opened up so many new ideas that personally can't wait to start on myself and others!

Such as Modern approach to self tan, Healthy girl glow, warm smoky eye, beautiful brows and luscious lips and how to ace your base.

Overall the day was amazing and such an awesome experience getting to see and meet various idols of mine and to learn new skills of the beauty world. I am truly so lucky to have won the chance to do so and I appreciate @maxconnectors generosity to hand out these amazing gifts!!
